Please find below our terms and conditions for our regular Oven Cleaning Services.
Service Overview:
At Bio Fresh Oven Clean, we are committed to delivering professional, high-quality deep cleaning services. Our meticulous attention to detail ensures your complete satisfaction and leaves all kitchen appliances we service with a pristine finish.
Appointment Scheduling:
To maintain our exceptional quality of service:
• Standard Oven Clean: Please allow approximately 2 hours.
• Range or AGA Ovens: Please allow 3 to 4 hours for a thorough cleaning.
Technician Arrival:
When our technician arrives, they will assess your appliances and discuss any relevant details with you. Please note:
• We do not clean oven elements.
• We do not move kitchen appliances.
• We cannot assume responsibility for any electrical faults that may occur after cleaning.
Access and Parking Requirements:
To ensure a smooth service:
• Please provide free parking on your driveway or directly outside your property for the duration of our visit.
• Ensure a clear working area in your kitchen.
• Provide access to the appliance’s fused spur (electrical connection point).
Payment and Deposits:
• Full payment is due upon completion of the service.
• For bookings in November and December, a 50% deposit is required, secured via bank transfer.
• This deposit policy also applies to any bookings canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice for future services.
Booking Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation message through your initial contact method, including:
• Service type
• Price
• Date and time
Please respond to secure your booking. If we do not receive a confirmation, follow-up procedures will be outlined in the message.
Additional Charges for SMEG Ovens:
Due to the complex features of SMEG ovens, additional charges apply:
• £15 extra for single ovens
• £20 extra for double ovens
• £30 extra for Range cookers
Pre-existing Conditions:
• Please inform our technicians of any known appliance issues before we begin.
• If we identify any problems upon arrival that prevent us from performing the cleaning, a standard call-out fee of £25.00 will apply.
Exclusions:
Bio Fresh Oven Clean is not liable for:
• Corrosion, rust, or pre-existing damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Deterioration of decals
We will inform you of any issues with door seals or corroded screws, but we are not responsible for any damages resulting from these conditions.
Liability Waiver:
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that Bio Fresh Oven Clean is exempt from liability for any damages incurred during or as a result of our cleaning services.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification:
• Bio Fresh Oven Clean shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
• You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of our services or breaches of these terms and conditions.
Jurisdiction and Severability:
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
• Any disputes will be resolved in its courts.
• If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
